Main Areas of Business
Grade lead production
We specialize in producing grade lead to GOST standards C0, C1 and C2S in ingots. Our products are of consistent quality and are supplied to the battery, metallurgical and industrial sectors.
Lead alloy production
We make lead-antimony alloys with up to 6% antimony, as well as lead-calcium and lead-tin alloys. We offer standard grades and products made to individual requirements.
Production to customer specifications
We fulfill orders for products with a custom chemical composition. Feasibility is determined after the customer’s requirements are agreed with the plant’s technical department.
Recycling of lead-bearing raw materials
We carry out the full cycle of recycling lead-bearing raw materials and spent batteries, followed by the production of finished goods and recycled polypropylene.
Production & Technology
The plant’s distinguishing feature is reverberatory smelting, which produces high-purity crude lead and allows us to make high-purity lead grades and complex alloys from it.
We produce lead continuously, starting with mechanical preparation of the raw material (crushing), then smelt it in reverberatory furnaces and refine it to the required specifications.
