1997
Company founded
META 5's first production site opened in the city of Aleksandrov, on the premises of a plastics plant. This marked the start of the company’s work in processing lead-bearing raw materials and manufacturing lead products.
2002
Production expansion
The company acquired a production site in Shchelkovo, which significantly increased capacity, broadened the production base, and prepared the infrastructure for further growth.
Technology development
In-house engineering solutions
META 5 initiated a joint project with the design bureau of the Voronezh Aircraft Plant. The collaboration produced the first Russian-made battery scrap processing line in Russia, an important milestone in the company’s technological development.

A modern full-cycle enterprise
Today, META 5 is a full-cycle production complex that combines lead-bearing raw material processing, production of standard-grade lead and lead alloys, an in-house quality control laboratory, and an export division.

Development plans
The next stage will be the modernization of production capacity. The company plans to increase output to 2,000 tonnes of standard-grade lead per month, while continuing to develop its technologies and strengthen its position in the Russian and international markets.
